1. Controller

1.1 PVexperts (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) operates DissertationService.org (the “Website”) and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. “You” means anyone who visits the Website or uses the service.

1.2 This policy covers the Website, the order form, your account and the emails and messages we exchange with you. The service itself is governed by the Terms and Conditions.

1.3 For any privacy question or request, write to support@dissertationservice.org. It is the only address we use for these matters.

2. Data Collected

2.1 For your account we collect your email address, and the order form also asks for your name, a phone number and your country. Your time zone is kept if you set one.

2.2 For each order we keep the instructions, the files you upload, your messages with support and the writer, your order history, and any ratings and feedback you leave.

2.3 Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We never receive or store full card numbers. We see the payment status and limited details, such as the last digits of the card, the country that issued it and the processor’s fraud signals.

2.4 If we ask you to verify a payment, for example with a screenshot of the charge in your online banking, that material is used only for the check and deleted afterwards.

2.5 When you use the Website, we receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the page that referred you, along with the cookies described in section 11. Our own systems keep a record of these visits and of how the order form is used.

2.6 An email address typed into the order form reaches our servers as soon as it is entered, even if you never place the order. It is kept for up to 45 days, and only its domain, the part after the @ sign, goes into our records of how the form is used.

2.7 If you write to support by email or on WhatsApp, we keep those messages together with the address, number or profile name they come from.

3. Writers

7.2 Payment verification material is deleted once the check is done.

8.3 Send requests to support@dissertationservice.org from the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we answer within one month. 10. Children

10.1 The service is not directed at anyone under 16. If we find that we hold a child’s personal data, we delete it.

11. Cookies

11.1 A session cookie, es_sid, keeps you signed in to your account.

11.2 Three first-party cookies, es_aid, es_first and es_last, remember how you first and most recently found the Website, for example through a search, an ad or another site, so that we can see which channels bring customers.

11.3 The cookie page explains how to block or delete cookies in your browser. Without the session cookie you cannot stay signed in.

11.4 The cookie notice at the bottom of the page remembers, in your browser’s own storage, that you have dismissed it.

12. Security

12.1 Every page of the Website is served over HTTPS, staff access to personal data is limited to what each role needs, and card data stays with the payment processors.

12.2 No system is perfectly secure. Keep your password private, and tell support at once if you suspect that someone has misused your account.

13. Changes

13.1 We publish every change to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
