Terms and Conditions

The short version
A summary only. The numbered clauses below are the binding terms.
- Work starts once your order is paid in full, and your card statement may show a billing company’s name instead of DissertationService.org.
- Send complete instructions and any sources you need at the start. Late materials can move the deadline.
- Free revisions are available within 14 days of delivery, or 30 days for dissertations, theses, research proposals, chapters and other large projects, if the request keeps to your original instructions.
- A complaint about quality must reach us within 72 hours of delivery, with specific examples.
- Cancel before a writer is assigned for a full refund. After that, up to 60% may be refunded or credited, depending on time, urgency and progress. A completed order cannot be canceled for a refund.
- Store credit given as compensation is not paid back to your card and expires if left unused for 365 days.
- What we deliver is a model paper for your own research and study. How you use it, within your institution’s rules, is your decision.
- Questions, changes and complaints go to support in writing, through the messages in your account or at support@dissertationservice.org.
1. Agreement
1.1 The website DissertationService.org (the “Website”) is operated by PVexperts (“the Company”; “we” and “us” in the summary above). DissertationService.org is the name of the service.
1.2 “The Customer” (“you” in the summary) is anyone who uses the Website or places an order on it. By creating an account, placing an order or paying, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Anyone who does not accept them should not use the Website.
1.3 An “Order” is a request for a service placed through the Website; the “Work” is what is delivered under it; a “Writer” is the freelance specialist assigned to it; the “Account” is the Customer’s personal area on the Website; and “Store Credit” is a balance in the Account that can be used toward future Orders.
2. Service
2.1 The Company arranges custom academic writing, editing, proofreading and related help, from complete dissertations and single chapters to theses and research proposals. The Work is prepared by freelance Writers and delivered electronically.
2.2 The Work is a model paper written to the Customer’s instructions, for reference in the Customer’s own research and study.
2.3 The Customer decides how to use the Work and is responsible for following the rules of their university or other institution. The Company is not responsible for grades or for any use made of the Work.
2.4 The Work is provided “as is”, within the limits these Terms set on revisions, refunds and liability.
3. Accounts
3.1 The Customer must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where they live.
3.2 Each person may hold one Account. The Customer must give accurate contact details, including a working email address and a phone number at which support can reach the Customer quickly.
3.3 The Customer must keep the login private and is responsible for all activity in the Account.
4. Orders
4.1 Instructions must be clear and complete, including the structure, the citation style and any guidance from the Customer’s supervisor or department.
4.2 The Customer chooses the academic level, deadline and type of paper. The Writer works to the level set when the Writer is assigned, so any mistake here must be reported to support at once.
4.3 Once a Writer is assigned, changes beyond the original instructions, such as a new research question or an extra chapter, count as editing. Editing is a paid extra, not a free revision.
4.4 The Company may refuse an Order, or ask for it to be resubmitted, when its details do not match its description, for example a full dissertation chapter ordered as a short essay. Corrected details may change the price.
4.5 A draft can be requested, but it is not guaranteed on deadlines of 3 to 48 hours.
4.6 A preferred Writer can be requested. The Company may decline for quality or reliability reasons and will explain why; if the Customer insists, the Company is not responsible for that Writer’s quality or lateness.
5. Sources and Materials
5.1 Sources the Work must use, such as a data set, interview transcripts or a department style guide, must be sent early. Instructions and all sources are due within the following time from the start of the Order.
- With a deadline of 48 hours to 10 days, within the first 8 hours.
- With a deadline of 12 to 24 hours, within the first hour.
- With a deadline under 12 hours, within the first 20 minutes.
5.2 Materials that arrive later may move the deadline.
6. Communication
6.1 The messaging system in the Account is the official channel. The Customer should check it for questions from support or the Writer and answer promptly.
6.2 The Company may also contact the Customer by email, and by phone or messaging apps where the Customer has provided those contacts.
6.3 The Account shows the progress of each Order, for example awaiting payment, in progress, completed, in revision, on hold or canceled. Exact labels may vary.
6.4 Besides service messages, the Company may send promotional emails. The Customer can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.
7. Payment
7.1 Work starts only after full payment. An extra payment requested by support (for a longer paper, a higher academic level or a shorter deadline) must be made promptly, or the Order may be delayed without compensation.
7.2 Prices are those shown on the Website when the Order is placed (see the prices page) and may change for future Orders. They exclude any bank, currency conversion or international fees charged by the Customer’s bank.
7.3 Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and the Company never sees full card numbers. Payments may be processed by different billing companies depending on the Order, so the name on the Customer’s card statement may differ from the name of this Website. If a payment fails with one processor, the Customer may be offered another.
7.4 Payments are subject to 3-D Secure authentication or the equivalent check used by the Customer’s bank.
7.5 Discount codes must be entered before payment. They cannot be added afterwards or combined with each other or with other offers, unless the offer says otherwise.
7.6 The Customer is responsible for the security of their own card and Account. Using someone else’s card without permission is a crime and will be reported.
8. Verification
8.1 To prevent fraud, the Company may ask the Customer to verify a payment, for example with a screenshot of the charge in the Customer’s online banking (other transactions may be hidden).
8.2 Anything provided for verification is used only for that purpose and deleted afterwards.
8.3 If verification delays the work, a new deadline is set once the check is complete.
8.4 The Company may cancel an Order when it suspects fraud or when the Customer does not cooperate.
9. Delivery
9.1 The deadline the Customer selects is the target for the first delivery, and the Company works to meet it.
9.2 If a delay is expected, the Customer is told and may object in writing. A delay the Customer has accepted is not a ground for compensation.
9.3 The finished Work is uploaded to the Account and may also be sent by email. Not downloading it is not a ground for a refund.
9.4 Deadlines apply to the first delivery. Revisions have their own timing, and a revision delivered after the original deadline does not make the Order late.
10. Revisions
10.1 Free revisions are a courtesy that brings the Work into line with the original instructions.
10.2 A free revision must be requested within 14 days of the first delivery, or within 30 days for dissertations, theses, research proposals, dissertation chapters and other large assignments.
10.3 A revision request must stay within the original instructions. Anything new is paid editing or a new Order.
10.4 Once the free period has passed, revisions are paid.
10.5 The quality assurance team may decline or limit revision requests that change the original requirements or amount to abuse.
11. Originality
11.1 Each Work is written for its own Order.
11.2 A plagiarism report is an optional paid add-on, provided once per Order and not for each revision.
11.3 Editing, proofreading and formatting are applied to text the Customer supplies, so the Company does not guarantee that such text is free of plagiarism.
11.4 Work by freelance Writers is checked before delivery, but small incidental matches, such as common phrases, can still occur.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
12.1 Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing, through the messages in the Account or by email to support.
12.2 What the Customer can receive depends on the stage the Order has reached.
| Situation | Refund or Store Credit |
|---|---|
| Before a Writer is assigned | Full refund |
| After a Writer is assigned, work in progress | Up to 60% of the Order total, depending on the time elapsed and the urgency |
| Order on hold, Writer not finished | Up to 60% of the Order total, depending on how much is done |
| Details edited before completion, lowering the price | Store Credit of up to 50% of the difference, depending on the change |
| Late Order, Customer agrees to extend the deadline | Price recalculated to the nearest deadline option; the difference, up to 20% of the Order total, refunded or given as Store Credit |
| Late Order already downloaded, lateness refund requested afterwards | Store Credit only, up to 20% of the Order total |
12.3 A complaint about quality must be made within 72 hours of delivery, with specific reasons and examples. The quality assurance team reviews it and may ask for more evidence.
12.4 No refund is given when a completed Order is canceled, when no request is made within 72 hours of completion, when a quality complaint does not name specific problems, or when the Order is late because the Customer did not send materials in time or could not be reached.
12.5 If a full refund is made, or the payment is reversed, after the Work has been delivered, the licence under clause 14.1 comes to an end, the rights in the Work stay with the Company and the Customer may not use it.
13. Store Credit
13.1 Store Credit given as compensation cannot be refunded to a card, and it expires if it is not used within 365 days from the day it was added.
14. Rights in the Work
14.1 Once the Order is paid in full, the Company grants the Customer an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the delivered Work for their own study and research. The Company does not publish the Work or sell it on as the Customer’s paper.
14.2 The Order price is paid for the research and preparation of the Work together with the licence described in clause 14.1.
14.3 The Company keeps its own copy of the Work and uses it only for its records, for answering a claim about the Order and where the law requires. That use is the only one held back from clause 14.1, and clause 15.1 with the Privacy Policy covers how long records are kept.
14.4 Before the Order is paid in full, and in the case set out in clause 12.5, all rights in the Work stay with the Company and no licence is granted.
15. Personal Data
15.1 The Company handles personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Card details are processed by the payment processors.
16. Disputes
16.1 The Customer should first tell support in writing within 30 days of the problem, with a description and any evidence.
16.2 The Company acknowledges the complaint within 5 business days and gives its decision within 30 days of receiving it.
16.3 If the matter cannot be settled directly, the Company may propose mediation by a neutral third party.
17. Liability
17.1 The Company’s total liability for an Order is limited to the amount paid for that Order.
17.2 To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss related to grades, admission decisions or lost time.
18. Other Company Websites
18.1 Payments may be taken, and Orders and Accounts serviced, through other websites and payment pages operated by the Company. These Terms apply to an Order wherever it is serviced, and the Customer’s login works on those websites too.
19. Governing Law
19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Company is registered. A dispute not settled under section 16 goes to the courts of competent jurisdiction there.
19.2 Anyone using the Website from outside the markets it is intended for does so on their own initiative and must follow local law.
20. General Provisions
20.1 Changes to these Terms are published on this page with a new “last updated” date and apply to Orders placed after that date.
20.2 A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of any later breach.
20.3 If a clause is found invalid, the rest of these Terms stays in force.
20.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy they link to, are the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company.
21. Contact
21.1 Support can be reached through the messages in the Account or by email at support@dissertationservice.org.
